Act 5 completion+3rd 6 star

Today I completed Act 5,
Magneto was my MVP for the quest.
It was super fun to use him with NICK-ANTMAN synergy.
In my opinion Magneto is the most fun mutant champion in the game.
I opened 2 5 star hero crystals, where i duped my ROCKET and DORMAMMU.
Then opened my 3rd Six star it was-

FOR those who were not able to understand it was DIABLO.

Questions time-
Is he good ?
Beyond God tier?
Utility champion or damage champion?
Needs Awakening?
How can he help me in becoming Cavalier?
