Unit count not changing/refreshing

My unit count has been at 108 since yesterday.
I completed some classic back issues quest for units/revives, it didn't change.
It's been stuck on 108 and I restarted the game multiple times and even my own device.
I don't even know what my actual unit count is.
Anyone else experiencing this?
Edit: I bought an L2 revive for checking, and 40 units got used up.
So I guess the bug is that my unit count doesn't increase, only decreases.
Huh Kabam, couldn't you done it the other way?
