Should I focus on building 5*s or keep working with my 4*s until something better shows up? And which ones should I work on between my 4s and 5s?

Furthest I've gotten with them is 5.1.6

Then you should learn how to intercept and reparry and other important skills, because I got Cavalier with champs of around that level. So if you hone your skills act 5 will be a piece of cake for you. And you should awaken your 4 star void whenever you get the chance and take your doom and ghost up by 1 rank and you should be fine. Gulk is also great for some annoying nodes in act 6 like no retreat so take him up too.
