Should I awaken 4* hela or 4* CGR

I have Hela R3, just don't have enough gold to take her up to R4. CGR is R4. Both are max level in their respective ranks. Who has better awakened ability?

Both of them are good in their areas, but they do not necessarily need to be awakened to be good. If you HAD to choose and had no other options, I would do CGR. If you had odin, I would have done Hela, but without Odin, CGR does more for you than Hela alone.
