Anyone using the Poco F3?

Hi Guys,

Some background. I have been playing on a Xiaomi Redmi note 8 pro for a little over a year. Recently I got an Iphone 8 Plus from my sister in law to try the game out on iphone. Ofcourse there is a lot of difference in animations, a little in loadtimes and some loading screen in Labyrinth etc. But playing on it for about 2 months now I realise having to deal with iOS on my main phone is not worth the extra smoothness in the game (sorry I just really don`t like iOS)

So now I am wondering what Android phone, that is also budget friendly, would be good (enough) for this game.
My eye fell on the Poco F3 because of the pretty good chip in it.

Is anyone playing on this phone? And if so, what is your experience?

I don`t need to know about the standard Android issues.
But would like to know loadtimes, stuttering with certain specials (doom sp2 for example) and overal smoothness in playing.

Thank you very much.

I don't know about poco f3 but if u r on Asia and iqoo7 or iqoo7 legend model is available in ur country.. go for that phone it's overall great.. f3 lacks in camera but games are playable as the chipset is good... chipset is amazin 870 Snapdragon and Mcoc is running absolutely like a butter smooth

I'm playing on a Xiaomi Black Shark, most of the time. The loading screens are a bit longer compare with an iPhone or a flagship Android, but performance in combat is really good, I never had shuttering or freezes. I also have a Xiaomi Mi T10 Pro 5G and surprisingly it runs the game not as smooth as the Black Shark. The loading time is faster, but in fights the performance is a bit worse. These days Black Shark is pretty cheap.

@AntzRodz Not from asia, europe actually. I really don`t care about the camera. I take some pictures here and there, but nothing major. The chipset was what has drawn me to the phone.

@Gridar I cannot find the Black Shark in my country, from a quick search. But is looks pretty similar to the F3 with the chipset. I don`t care about having to wait an extra second or so in the loading screens. As long as the fights are smooth.

I use a secondhand Samsung Galaxy S10. I looked up that phone you were looking at, and I believe you can find a second-hand S10 for a similar price to that phone. Though I do live in Australia so maybe that'll mess stuff up, I don't know.

But anyway that phone's been working very well for me. Occasionally lags a bit but hey it's nothing I can't handle; not nearly as bad as my old iPad. Biggest problem for me was getting used to the new screen cause the touch screen wraps around the edges a bit. Still figuring that out 2 months on.
I don't really know about chips; that sort of stuff just flies over my head. But hey it's good enough for me for what I want to do with it, so I'll take it.
So yeah consider looking into that phone if you're interested. Again, you'll most likely have to look for a second-hand one; they aren't produced anymore by Samsung (in favour of phones that cost well over >A$1k for some reason), but it's a very nice phone IMO.

@Mathking13 thank you for your suggestion. I just looked up the phone to compare it to the poco x3. And the poco x3 has a better chip and the s10 is still more expensive in my country.
