    Not in complete disagreement but if squirrel girl is balanced and champs that need a tweak include wasp and red goblin I'm gonna have to disagree....and cable is a top tier champ with 1 synergy. Not sure he needs a moderate....if he got a mid tier buff and kept Apoc synergy he'd prob be best character in game

    As someone who already likes playing Annihilus, he should really get a slight buff. All he really needs is longer duration on his debuffs

    Ronan is in a very weird place where he could definitely do more, but at the same time you don't want to take away his sig at all.

    So... Moderate, I guess.

    Purgatory... I don't know if her playstyle really works that well. What she does is vaguely interesting, but at the same time it isn't. Maybe also Moderate?

    Overseer maybe only needs Value Only.

    Also, I'm not sold on Silver Surfer not needing some tweaking of some sort, whether it's his "immunities" or...


    ...tbh I also feel Proxima needs looking at; she doesn't seem very practical

    Thor needs an overhaul just to get a new heavy animation. His little ballet sauté that he does looks very ungodlike.

    ihulk needs a small values tweak IMO, nothing major just a small adjustment to the rage counter and cooldowns.

    Cable doesn't need a buff when using him with Apoc. He's plenty good enough then.

    I think OP is classifying these as:

    Overhaul: Throw the whole kit out and start of scratch (for a current example, think Diablo. Got rid of his potions mechanic entirely for a new poison based mechanic).

    Moderate: There is some facet or mechanic in the kit that is cool, rebuild champ around that (this would be like keeping Joe Fix-It’s gambler mechanic but buffing it up and adding other things)

    Value only: Just numbers. The kit has enough utility at base and just needs to improve practicality of utility and/or damage output (this would be like extending Annihilus’s buff/debuff duration or increasing the attack rating increase on Heimdall’s furies)

    Balanced: Not in need of a buff

    At least, that’s how I read it. I agree with some but not at all. Better than most lists we see here, though that’s an incredibly low bar.
