Wolverine (X-23) and Howard the Duck

Howard the Duck is immune to bleed effects.

Whenever X-23 Crits on a bleed immune champ she has %80 chance to gain Cruelty buff. However, I ve never seen X-23 gaining Cruelty buff while fighting against Howard the Duck. I didn't get it. Maybe I was insanely unlucky.

    Duped Howard has extra crit resistance when he has class advantage. X-23 needs crit hits to proc bleed/cruelty.

    I do hit Critical but I don't get Cruelty.
