Grandmaster fight bugged or am I missing something?

This is my first time fighting him and I noticed that even when I am trying to dex his sp1 I am not able to but dex symbol is appearing tho. Can anyone help me out?

It's the dex bug hold on for a while till it gets fixed before proceeding

When GM activate sp1 watch the top right corner. 3 icons will appear, which are to be perform in left to right order.

Green icon: Evade, dex the dice projectile;
Blue icon: Block. Take it on the block, dont dex;
Red icon: Get hit, Take a direct hit, dont block or dex.

can't really make what you are trying to ask tho... Got any video or screenshots.

I'm not sure what you are trying to say but GM sp1 is a long beam. So you can sometimes dex the beginning and get clipped by the end of it. Not sure if that answers your request.
