How do I specifically get the symbiotes? (Carnage, Venom)

Open cosmic/tech dual class crystals for a better shot I guess. There are also gonna be crystals for them in the SQ this month

In general there is no way to narrow down the crystal pool beyond dual class crystals and featured hero crystals (those aren’t recommended tho). There can be event quest crystals that have a smaller pool that you might happen to be looking for.
