What is Physco Man useful for?

I haven't seen anyone use him at all. To be honest, I forgot he even was a champ until my new acc pulled him as a 3*.

    Competing for the title of “Most Obscure Marvel Comics Character in MCOC”.

    The guy only has a handful of appearances, mostly in Fantastic Four and a pair in Micronauts (yeah, this is an actual thing) from the 80s, along with just a few others over the next 40 years.

    he's used as a roster spot its like going to the gym to play 5 v 5 basketball but you only have 9 players so u just pick a random guy who never play in his life to make it 10, Psycho man is that 10th guy that's just there to occupy space and set screens lol.
