He is reducing your defensive ability accuracy causing your parry to fail; he is not randomly immune to the stun debuff.

Taskmaster reduces his opponent’s defensive ability accuracy by 10% for each unique attack he performs. Defensive ability accuracy reduces your chance to parry.

Taskmaster does have debuff immunity after 10 debuffs are applied, but that’s not what’s going on here.

Defense Accuracy Reduction is annoying so when fighting I suggest using people that counter his abilities to make it easier for you to fight him

If you think its a bug, then take in a champ immune to AAR such as Mysterio or Archangel and see if you can parry him 10 times.
