Just looking for a bit of clarity on tonight update

So is the parry/ dex issue being fixed in the update and we are being compensated or is the issue not guaranteed to be fixed by tonight?

I thought I understood it to be there would be a patch to fix the bug after the update but I could be wrong, either way compensation won’t come at the same time the bug is fixed. Compensation will come at some point after.

This release would seem to suggest the update comes first, then comes the fix. How long between the two is uncertain as of now.
