Ghost doesn't convert Rupture debuffs into furies

Ghost's abilities state that when entering phase, she converts all DoT debuffs into passive furies. However, what I noticed happening with ruptures is that they get purified, but no furies are awarded.
I've noticed that interaction multiple times when fighting War Machine (in the "Recruit" side event quest on legendary difficulty).

    Hey there, are you still seeing this in the latest update, or would you be able to tell us if this has happened against other oppnents?

    Just tested it in EQ on a Tigra fight, the result is the same. The rupture debuff is purified but no furies.
