Cash refund?

This parry bug has been going on for far to long! It’s at the point I’m actual hating the game. I have waited patiently for 2-3 months now not being able to play correctly because 1 bug or another, now I’m just wanting to cut my losses with the game all together. I have put a lot of money into this game and it is a faulty product so I should be due a refund? Even if it’s just for the monthly add ons I have bought each month and not been able to play to use?
