Black widow Cv or cap IF

I recently pulled a black widow Cv and took her up to rank 4 as I needed a decent mystic champ. But now I'm at a decision to rank up my 5* Cap infinity war to rank 3 or 4* black widow Cv up to rank 5. I'm currently in act 5.

    Beardo, then rank Claire. Both great options but unless you really need a higher rank Mystic, I'd go the 5*, long term investment
