Persistent Charges - Apocalypse

Hey - just used my 6* R2 Apocalypse in AQ on map 3 and went to the right to fight the Mutant Ultron drone. I didn’t get any charges added to him after completing the fight. This normal?

    Clearly states NON robots… ultron drones are robots so no charge
