I know this is subjective, but let me share who is IN MY OPINION the best counter.
Guardian
Why?
1) has great block proficiency - less damage even if you push her to SP2, and you can safely block the first SP1 hit (it gave me 211 dmg through block)
2) has great burst, which deals massive damage during her "damage" period of Oscillate
3) he has SP autoblock, so if you mess during her SP1, this can save you. It saved me multiple times
4) class advantage (which helps)
A playstyle I suggest is SP1-SP2 and repeat. This way you get enough charges to deal bursts of 15% hp per SP2 (on 5/65 5*, unboosted), while also providing enough temporary charges for autoblock and emergency power drain (on 4th light).
I am aware that there is a big thread about counters, but this one works SO well, I believe he deserves his own thread. If any mod disagrees, they are of course free to merge this into other thread. It's their platform afterall, lol.
