Is it just me or the chat is lagging?

I mean even if you are chatting with your Alliance members in game, it is not popping up in chat.
Also if someone clears a node, or join AQ, it is not updating that ... Has joined or ... Has cleared .. node.
Is it just me or you guys are also facing this?

    Use Line, Discord, Facebook, Twitter, Email, carrier pigeon and literally anything other than the in-game chat. If they can't be bothered to make it work, they should remove it entirely
