    Play around with him and make sure you really, really love him. If you do, consider how much you'd need the constant regen and if that is enough to spend an awakening gem and quite a lot of sig stones on him.

    But I don't think there's any reason to rush into using the gem on a newly-buffed champion before you've seen what he can do in the content you want to play.
