War rating dropped when it should be locked

Is anyone one else have an issue where their war rating dropped in a loss during the off season, even though our score should be locked? We went from 2457 to 2426 (-31). I thought the season was delayed, why is this happening? @Kabam Miike @Kabam Zibiit

I would to see a reply. Our alliance is in tier 6 a victory should had increased our war rating but it looks we got 0.
