5 star Wolverine

Hi guys I hope you're doing great.
Is 5 star Wolverine going to return to incursion crystals? And featured crystals? If so anyone have any idea when?

Should I save artifacts?
I need my 5 star roster to grow as I have only 28. Should I save 5 star shards for wolverine or save like 30k shards and then keep opening crystals?

    If you only got a couple 5 stars don’t try to get limited one try to get character like nick fury, doom, CGR.
