    Yh he’s probably a top option
    Cap IW and Void are hard cause high dupe
    SheHulk and IBom and Torch and Piggy are generally the go to, but then I’d say IHulk after them

    I have RHulk at R3 as well. Does that change anything?

    Yes. He's r3 worthy.

    Sometime later kabam will probably be releasing the other a to z hulks as well.
