Missing Cav Heroes and God's crystals

I had saved up 20000 Cav Heroes and God's xtal shards. I save them for my daughter to open and when we went in today (Aug. 7th, 2021) they were all gone. (I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game already with no success).

I cannot even find out where I can tell Kabam that this happened so I can get them back.
Can any of you help or let me know how I can contact Kabam?
