Who to take to R5 5* or R2 6*?

Hi all,
I'm pretty much able to take another 5* to R5 or a 6* to R2. I already have 2 R5 5*s, a Black Widow Clairvoyant and Archangel, both duped. Which champs in the poll would you recommend taking up next?
Progress wise, I've completed Act 5, if it makes a difference.
