Can’t Use Rank Up Gem

I tried using a generic 2017 3-4 rank up gem on Cable but it will only give me the option to use my Mutant 3-4 rank up gem. I want to save the mutant for Stryfe and the 2017 on Cable…pretty self explanatory right? Any ideas on how you do this? It’s really frustrating @Kabam Miike

@BigDog6219 use the mutant one then send a ticket into kabam support and they will swap it out after they verify it’s your account
