How to defeat this buffed Crossbones, not only his nodes but Crossbones in himself is also fairly challenging.

Nodes (if you forgot any)-

Diablo, ghost, gully 2099 - these are all the choices i could find in your 5* and 6* roster

Best path for completion is the 15% buffet WS

Far left path, ghost and g99 work for xbones, Diablo can but the shrug slows him

Well I know how to ghost and defeating 6.1.3 boss was by only using ghost but the problem is I can't throw sp's at time without wasp, and I can't reach above sp3 in Diablo to overpower his heal, it seems Guilly 2099 is my only option.

Naw, he's still going to be poisoned a lot. Plus, good luck w parry to reduce healing since he's stun immune. Guilly is the way to go here with your roster. Just don't lose her combo. Or it's gonna be rough to outdamage him.
