    I would say warlock first. Both are very good and should definitely go to rank 5, but warlock needs the extra damage and power more

    Tough decision. But empty those tech catalysts first. And eventually R5 both of them. Don't think much just do it, I've spent ages into overthinking what to do and then in a long run it never mattered. Just know this, both are great, do both, pick anyone first. In your case, Warlock perhaps unless you really need magneto for some content that's been in To-do list
