Is kingpin good unawakened

I got him as a 6 star today wondering if I should put any resources into him

    I have a unduped Kingpin at R3. He's amazing. His tankiness and heal are very useful. He benefits a lot from his Sig as in he gets to his ramp up quicker but still you can do with him unawakened.

    If you don't have anyone else with debuff shrug off/ unstoppable then yeah definitely

    Yess....unduped he is little slow but if you got willpower active with constant regen he is so tanky....i am gonna take mine to rank 3 soon...guy got me emma frost solo
