Is King groot worth it?

Just need expert* players opinion after the buff is he good enough? The dupe helps regain and if lets say i ignore that and im a ninja...can king groot buffed is now made to clear content especially varients and Act 6 exploration? That is the most important thing? Is his Damage solid overall?
I need to dump cosmic t4cc t2alpha and t5 basic urgently all expiring.
