Mid-level player looking for alliance (ideally AQ Map 4-5/casual AW)

Hey everyone, I'm looking to join a mature and semi-casual alliance to grow with/learn from.
I'll be active and communicative but won't be able to make huge commitments. AQ Map 4 is adequate for my skill level atm but I imagine 5 will be a possibility in the near future. (Uncollected, approaching 6k prestige)
