Should I rank 5 my champions or wait?

I am struct at 6.1.5 quest because of crossbones. I tried with mysterio but its really tough, even though I opened my crystals I didn't get a good counter for crossbones. Now, I got a chance to rank 5 either Duped Hulk buster or unduped sunspot. Should I rank up my champions or wait for a good champion.? If rank up whom should I rank5??

I used a 5* r4 Mysterio for CB and he worked just fine. Never throw a special attack during the entire fight cuz if you do, you'll lose all your chemical gas and will have to ramp him up again.

How I used Mysterio for that fight:
1. I quickly built up my chemical gas by doing 6 mediums.

2. After that, I immediately started applying the passive heal block (MLLLL) and tried to get my timing right for when
the Arc Overload became active.

3. I never threw a single special during the entire fight because of the reason mentioned above.

4. If by accident you push CB to over 2 bars of power and you don't want to take that sp2 to your block, then
assuming you haven't thrown a special before, you'll get to 2 bars of power which you should throw immediately to
power drain CB.

5. Try your best to always make CB throw his sp1 only!

This was what I practically did for the CB fight. And tbh Mysterio does do some decent dmg with only his basic attacks so you don't have to worry about the fight being horribly slow. Hope this helps you!
