map 7 mini-boss red magneto bug?

Is there a bug with the second mini-boss red magneto in map 7?

It has flux dispersal but seems to be not working. Heavy attack does not remove the charges. See the video link: https://streamable.com/oupnpk

This is the first time we play map 7, so I do not know whether this issue is already known.

    Flux dispersal can stop working if u have aar reduction active on him

    If you have pacify mastery then that's your answer. If not further research might be needed to get to the bottom of this :p

    Yes, I have pacify. I set it for the SS boss in the summer of pain then forgot to remove it :(

    It is interesting flux dispersal is affected by the AAR. Thanks for the clarification

    I guess, I tried 3 heavies. The chance for the AAR is 30% for each heavy. Once the needed calculation is done, there is about 99% chance to remove the charges with these heavies. Further research reveals that pacify might not be the reason for the cause :smile:
