So after the buff I haven't seen much or researched him too much so should I be excited I got him from the nexus or disappointed?

    He needs a high sig for decent damage without it he's lacking in that department. He does have a truck load of utility though

    One of the useless buffs. You pretty much need him duped and max sig for him to compete with the decent champs not even the top meta champs.
