Rank three dilemma

I recently got enough materials to get my first rank three, however I can’t because there is a limit on the amount of basic t5 catalyst I have. Does anyone know how to get that extra slot unlocked.

    You need to get to level 60. I suggest using xp boosts and running act 4 quests (most xp for energy) until you get there. Either that, or just be patient until you hit level 60 naturally. At least you'll be ready when you get there. Last option would be to spend money on the summoner sigil to increase your inventory size for 30 days.
