How do I avoid two-hit heavy attacks? 6.1.1 No Retreat

I'm doing 6.1.1 and the no retreat is killing me. I can't figure out what to do when Punisher 2099 or Agent Venom for example throw their heavy attacks and it has the punch and a kick. I can dodge the punch, but the kick has to hit me or if I dodge, I get degeneration.

maybe try and put more points in stand your ground and block it. or you can try and just keep them in the corner. or dex the first hit and try and counter with a medium

yeah there is a long enough period of time to get a medium in between the two hits of their heavy

or use someone with aar like archangel or magneto

Try to attack them while they’re in the middle of their heavy, it’s a bit hard/annoying at first but it becomes easier over time

There are three ways: you can take the degen and move on, it doesn't hurt too much; you can try to hit them in the middle of the heavy; or you can try to dash back and charge your heavy, there are champions whose heavy charging animation pushes them a little back, avoiding the second hit of the heavy (at least for Agent Venom, not sure if you can do the same for P2099) ^_^
