Hi Team,

I am writing you regarding my progress of SOP Rewards. I was able to reach level 5 however during the reward given today i was downgraded to level 4 which means 1 6* nexus and 1xt5cc which it should have been 2 x t5cc I'm missing 1? I have waited for this prizes so I can be TB but failed to give me the correct prize for my hard work. And my 2nd issue when selecting the T5CC I selected a mystic to become a TB however a skill T5cc opened instead. This is totally unfair I have been waiting and grinding to become TB and yet I got robbed for 1 T5cc then wrongly given a t5cc.

This is what i sent the support Team. Has any of you experience this?

    You likely did Darkhawk twice. If so, that is completely fair and that's why you lost a point.

    Also, I've never seen someone select mystic and get skill instead. Maybe you misclicked or maybe it's a bug.

    Pro-tip: Scarlett Witch is red, mystic class isn't.

    Have never heard of anyone getting a different class crystal to what they picked. Maybe you are the exception that proves the rule. Have you left the skill crystal unopened? If so maybe it can be changed. If you've opened it then congrats, you've got a skill champ.

    Just think... Any of us could open our nexus, be offered nobody we want and then tell Kabam we were given the wrong class to get another go

    You might have missed my point. He says he selected mystic but got skill. Was trying to make a little joke out of it.

    @The_Sentry06 not at all only did DH onetime as i struggle with one let alone doing it twice, also with with opening the T5CC I definitely clicked Mystic. in order was Tech, Cosmic, Mystic, Science, Mutant and Skills ( this wasn't even visible on my phone ) that's why I was like wtf is this ****. Anyway, hopefully Kabam has a recording so they can exactly see what has happened.

    No I meant that is reading really that hard that people would accidentally choose skill over mystic cos SWitch red. Well it does make more sense if it's a joke, cause then it doesn't have to make sense
