5.4.1 bug?

I am working on act 5 exploration and after the wolverine fight on vitality path, it keeps taking me back to the wolverine fight over and over again even after defeating him multiple times.

It seems there’s a bug. Someone else told me they were encountering this too.

Edit: I talked to them and they said that they restarted the game and it fixed the problem. Hopefully this helps.
