Yes, the more sigs for him the better. Makes him go unblockable faster meaning it could get you out of a tight spot sometimes. Unblockable specials are a highly underrated thing champs have in game.

Means his SP2 will do much more damage as well once you start on 2 bars

and it gives the enemy less ability acc while he's blocking also. This is overlooked but it can turn off alot of abilities for some champs from just him holding block alone. like vs Sym Supreme for example if you hold block while he's going into another phase, you can straight up turn off his phases entirely. Something like Masochism will also have a much less likely chance to work at high sigs and other things can be done with it.
