Incursion solo objectives not showing up for me

I saw an alliance mate shows it pops up in the "Special" tab but it's not there in my game only the SOP and Sinister Six objectives

    ya I also don't have any incursion solo objectives. My special tab is blank.

    No amounts of restarts changes this
