A few of my alliance members have the option, I do not. Anyone else have it or not have it?

    Not there for me. Players in my ally also don't have it.

    The Quest Crystal Trade-In is in the Black ISO Market. You need the Sigil. The Event Trade-Ins are under the Legends Tab.
