Login issue for OnePlus user after android 11 update

Last night after android 11 update one plus user having problem login and even after login its still this type of problem. i am one plus 6 user and i asked other one plus user who have updated they all say the same thing

    I forgot to add i cant login if i use wifi but with mobile data then its no longer problem
