Does kabam really assist its customers. i purchased a 5 star featured crystal and the game crashed before i could open it and now its lost.
I've tried to contact them and all i get is the runaround - asking to verify my account, which i have tried at my best - and they wont even answer my query.
has this happened to others out there?
I cant believe this is how the try the people playing the game.

    Submit a ticket with a screenshot of proof of purchase from your Google play or Apple Pay.

    If it crashed while opening your featured, then the champion you were going to pull would most probably have already registered. Check all your champions.

    I've always had issues with them until recently.
    i spent better part of 4 hours exchanging emails with them a week or so ago being given the run around as they kept asking me for info which knew to be correct telling me something was wrong.... then there was a whole issue regarding my email address being wrong with my Kabam account(there's a spelling mistake in it) - I persevered though and eventually got someone to see sense!
