    I mean falcon overall but mole man makes it closer with suicides

    Falcon doesn't shrug off suicides.. so you will need to maximize 'lock-on' and immediately take down opponents with basic attacks avoid using sp1 or sp2 to avoid recoil damage unless you are able to finish opponents with that one sp.

    Moleman has ability to shrug bleed and poison, and gain monster mass so he might be possibly better on paper..

    It depends who you actually like playing since both are much better champions after their buff, both can crit with their attacks so it is win win either way.
