Is SoP Grandmaster supposed to be Infuriated every time you revive?

Managed to get SoP GM to Phase 2. While in phase 2, got a few Wounded cycles in before I got KO'd. Each time I revive, his Infuriated is active.
Before I sink more revives into this run, is this normal? I thought Infuriate was only in the transition between phases.

    It’s normal, the infuriate activates both when he transitions phases and anytime that you re-enter the fight

    Yes, same as Act 6.4.6
