Colossus broken?

Ever since the last update I have been finding colossus is not keeping barely any armour buffs on him.

I farm WS a lot and use colossus 5* sig 200 r5 with Omega red red mags Emma and juggs. Preupdate I was easily finishing this fight in 45-60 hits keeping my armour buffs over 20 pretty easily. Now I am having a hard time keeping my armour buffs over 15 for most of the fight and most fights are taking 70-90 hits.

Anyone else notice this?

I just tested and can still get it done in ~55 hits using parry heavy and sp2 rotation. My r5/65 is only sig 80.
