Anybody else have this rule were you are forbidden from using a champion if they aren’t max level? Just wanna make sure I’m not alone…

Hehe I do that too with most of my major rank ups. I like to be surprised with the numbers increase and using them before max level kinda spoils it for me.

There's no benefit to it and if really needed, I will use that champion. But it's a silly thing I do.

I don't even rank champs anymore unless they are going all the way up.

I act more or less that way in my general questing. I can bring lower-ranked champs into lighter content just to get a sense of how they play and to learn their ropes, but I don't bring r4 5*s into Act 7 or anything. Maybe as synergy pieces, but not as fighters. I tend to mostly rank up 4* version of champions I'm interested in checking out, and then use them a lot in arena.

The one exception is the skill class, since I don't have too many of those ranked up due to really poor luck when pulling (especially) 6*s. I've found Elsa to be so useful that I don't really know why I haven't taken her up to r2 yet, but she comes along every now and again. Especially on that skill EQ quest with the evade node. She can clear entire lanes, even at r1.
