Did this ever get settled out?
Screwing around in incursions with random champs, and it doesn’t look like the first objective can be completed (even after everything in that objective tree reset).
A previous run knocked out all 10 rooms in Sector 7, but never got the rewards for the first objective (as far as I can tell).
