Light artifact from special attacks

Used Mysterio today and his special 2 left an almost blinding light artifact. This is consistent with many other champs too with particular extravagant special attacks. It remains throughout the rest of the fight in the location of where the special attack was activated. Happens all the time with Apocalypse special 2 as another example.

I used a Google Pixel 5, Android 11

    Yeah this has been fairly common for me this month once you use a special with a lot of light eg Mr fantastic sp2.
