6* nexus choice?

Just completed 7.1 exploration and got these as my choices. Been having terrible 6* luck but whatever. Which one to pick?

Considering it's 6* nexus, it's not that great either.

Also my last 10 pulls have been Cyclops, electro, Phoenix, Deadpool, Iron patriot, Ms Marvel, Hawkeye, Spidey symbiote, nebula, beast.

I just took my 6* King Groot too rank 3 over Corvus!
His buff is awesome. The armor breaks and Fury's all add up too amazing damage! And his regen may be best in the game especially if he is duped.

Definitely take king groot. Terrax is also good after his buff but he needs to be awakened. King groot has all his damage unawakened; all he gains from the awakening is regen.
