Unable to see or purchase store offers

I had bought 4 Piggy banks from the store and was going to get the last one when I found it wasn't in the store anymore.
I thought "I probably have just bought another one and forgot about it", but when I was completing fights, I got the notification that appears when you reach certain milestones in the Piggy bank objective, and eventually got the Icon next to the unit count that appears when you fill the bank. It still wasn't there when I opened the store.
I thought this was a bug, until I noticed the thronebreaker choice daily card offer on the home page, clicked on it, clicked "Buy now" and was taken to the unit store, only to see nothing there.
I've restarted the game multiple times, but its not working.
